October 2026 brings a mix of music and stage events to Korea, from outdoor concerts and ballet to traditional Korean music and small-theater performances. Most of the events below are in Seoul, with one each in Daejeon and Chungcheongbuk-do. They are listed in order of their start dates.

Moonlight Music Festival

The Moonlight Music Festival runs from September 11 – October 17, 2026 in Daejeon. It takes place across several outdoor spots: Gapcheon Ecological Lake Park, Eungubi Park, Urideul Park, Dongchundang Park and Daedongcheon Stream.

Admission is free.

D.FESTA Small Theater Festival

The D.FESTA Small Theater Festival is held October 7–25, 2026 at Gonggan Aul in Seoul.

Tickets are 30,000 won at the regular price. An early booking discount (for bookings made by 9/30) brings the price to 15,000 won, and the same 15,000 won price applies to discounts for students, performing arts professionals, uniformed public servants, welfare recipients and Culture Nuri Card holders. Fans who bring a paid ticket from another small theater performance can get a ticket for 21,000 won. Discounted tickets are collected on site after supporting documents (such as ID) are checked; if the documents are not brought, the difference from the regular price must be paid.

2026 Seoul Ballet Festival

The 2026 Seoul Ballet Festival takes place on October 15, 2026 in Seoul, at the Seokchon Lake Seoho (West Lake) Waterside Stage and Atelier.

Admission is free.

Yeongdong Nangye Korean Traditional Music Festival

The Yeongdong Nangye Korean Traditional Music Festival is held October 15–18, 2026 in Chungcheongbuk-do, around Yeongdong Rainbow Healing Plaza.

Admission is free, though some hands-on programs charge 5,000 won to 15,000 won.
